1. What is sleep coaching?

Sleep coaching is a one-on-one process that helps identify what’s disrupting your sleep and corrects those patterns. Sessions focus on habits, mindset, nervous system regulation, and practical strategies you can apply immediately.

2. Who is sleep coaching for?

Sleep coaching is for adults who struggle with falling asleep, staying asleep, early waking, or non-restorative sleep, especially professionals, entrepreneurs, and individuals under long-term stress.

3. Do you work with clients in Dubai specifically?

Yes, I work with clients based in Dubai as well as internationally.

4. How are sessions delivered?

All sessions are conducted online via Zoom. This allows you to work deeply from the comfort and privacy of your own space, without travel.

5. Is everything I share confidential?

Yes. All sessions are private, confidential, and handled with professional discretion. Your privacy and trust are fully respected.

6. What makes your coaching different?

I have helped clients solve their sleep issues for over 10 years. My approach is based on science, anecdotal evidence and a clear understanding of what causes sleep problems.

7. How many sessions do most clients need?

This varies. Some clients experience noticeable improvement within a few sessions, while others benefit from ongoing support. We’ll discuss what’s appropriate based on your situation.

8.What do you charge per session?

Sessions are 90 minutes and priced at 1650 AED.

9. Is sleep coaching medical treatment?

No. Sleep coaching is not medical care and does not replace a doctor. It complements medical advice by addressing behavioral, lifestyle, and stress-related factors that often impact sleep.

10.When do I pay for my session?

Sessions are prepaid at the time of booking. A minimum of 48 hours

notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling .

11. How do I get started?

You can book a free one-on-one online consultation. This gives us a chance to discuss your sleep concerns and decide whether working together is the right fit.
